I ordered two sims. Did not receive them. I applied for refund, but received a money for the first order

Thank you for letting us know.I've checked on the matter and escalated the request for a refund of 11.50 CAD to my supervisor and oncethe request is approved and the refund issued, you will receive the respective sum on your credit card in a few business days.
