i used my SIM card already 2years. But today my SIM card doesn’t work anymore. I can’t receive any calls and messages. What could I do?

You could try two things :
- Contact Fizz Support - https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues - maybe they can help you. Might not be a SIM card issue!
- Order a new SIM card - https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/simcard/order?step=quantity - SIM cards are more fragile than you'd think! It happens to the best of us!
