My Travel Add-On isn't working?
I bought 1 gb of data to try it out in Germany while I am studying abroad and I can't enable it.
I have my mobile data and roaming on and wifi off. I have the correct network and still nothing... Any recommendations?

Please contact the support for this problem to validate with them. However, I would like to suggest to use a local provider will be more cost effective.
