How do I get my internet to start up again

I have 14 days left tilL my next cycle and it just stopped working last night out of no where and it’s just frustrating this is my first month with them and I don’t know

    Hi Ariel,

    did you check the cable if it's well connected and also the led status on the modem?

    You can try to reboot the modem too, or contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
