I understand and I'm sorry to learn about the inconvenience.
I'm very sorry for any displeasure caused by his absence and I can assure you that this wouldn't have happened were it not for the large number of installation requests ordered in the recent weeks by other customers and the low number of available technicians to cover them all.
Having said that, you also have the option of rescheduling your appointment at your earliest convenience starting with today after 12:00 PM by going to My plans-> Manage plan-> Appointments-> Reschedule.
The calendar is the same one you used when you subscribed (and the same one as on our end, no difference) and can be found under My plans-> Manage plan->Appointments->Reschedule only after 24h from the time the initial appointment was set.

Try to give him an other hour, sometime they have some problem with previous installation, and also it will be a difficult day for them today.
If he will not show up, tomorrow you need to reschedule your appointment
