    As I checked on my end, the last two conversations you had with our team were about changing your SIM card under one of your numbers due to the plan in question not functioning following the transfer.

    I can see here that the SIM card change order was completed and your plan in question is active and running.

    You need to activate your fizz service, they will ask for your phone number and client number at your previous provider (bell).

    Do not cancel at bell yourself or you will lose your phone number. Fizz will take care of contacting bell to cancel your previous service.

    You should receive a text message from bell to confirm that you want to switch providers: Answer YES. Then you can switch your SIM card to the one fizz sent you. Within 2 hours your fizz service should be up.
