HI y'all did u know how to get a location of yo card sim and ur phone that was stolen

    I understand and I'm sorry to learn about the inconvenience.

    I can see that your plan has not yet been suspended for your safety in order for it to not be used by anybody else.

    I would highly recommend you do so from My plans->Manage plan->Report my phone as lost/stolen in order to have that done:https://fizz.ca/en/faq/found-mobile

    This will add your phone to the national blacklist and will temporarily suspend your mobile plan but be aware that the charges for the service won't be ceased.

    On that note, I kindly invite you to order a new SIM card as soon as possible with which you will be able to reactivate your plan, from Overview-> Get started-> Mobile-> Order a new SIM card->Select the quantity->+Add another service address->I can't find my address-> Enter the postal code->Click on Find it and then enter all the other details such as the street name, civic number, unit type and its number, as also shown here:

    After you receive it, in order to activate it, please contact us on chat(our only secure communication channel) and provide us with a picture of an ID card where we can see your name and home address alongside the activation code for the new SIM/ a picture of the code so we would be able to activate the new SIM card on your account.
