I recieved an internet ad in my mailbox, not my SIM card. Cannot get ahold of anyone using FAQ chat.

I posted a question on here a few days ago, but in summary I paid for the SIM card to be sent and I received a flyer from Fizz advertising their internet instead. So I paid $10 for an ad to be sent to me.

I was told to go to the FAQ to chat with someone and do the verifications needed to address the issue, but over the multiple times I have checked (weekday afternoons) I have not seen an option for chat?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Youjust need to access an FAQ(link) like the one above, scroll throughit and after 10-15 seconds the ? bubble will appear in the bottomright corner of the page.

    Clickingon it will reveal multiple contact options, including the Live chatwhich is at the very bottom.
