I don't know my voicemail pin and the "my plans" option in my account doesn't connect

Hi @moon,
In order to reset the access code for your Voicemail service, kindly go to My plans-> Manage plan-> Advanced parameters-> PIN to access your voicemail.
Please bear in mind that the code must consist of 4 different and non-consecutive numbers. More information on this can be found here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-I-access-and-use-my-voicemail
Also, be sure to have logged into the correct Fizz account with your e-mail address and allocated password because it's very possible that you've registered a new account and that's why you can't see the My plans tab, as there is none there.
