Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please manually connect to AT&T or T-Mobile, restart your phone and test the service again.
Also, make sure to turn the Airplane mode ON and OFF as well afterwards for the service to be properly initialized.

sometimes you just do need to restart the phone and it's ok...
If you want to contact the customer service, there's the link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
