I have been trying to order a SIM card but can't succeed because my payment method was declined. I don't know why as I used a visa credit card to pay the bill.

I suggest you to contact the customer service to be able to resolved this issue by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.
