I'm trying to call with my cell phone and it doesn't ring and it "answers" but there is no one on the other side. There is a chronometer showing that the call is on, but no one on the other side. I tried to call 3 people with the same issue.

    I really suggest you to contact the customer service by opening this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/status-services and simply scroll down until you see the green bubble, than click on it to start your chat session with the customer service.

    We're so sorry to hear this. I verified your account and the plan is active and in good standing. In this case, I kindly recommend to reboot your phone and once it's back on, enable airplane mode on for a few seconds, then turn it back off.

    You can also disable automatic network search in order to manually connect to Fizz EXT, then Fizz and test your service again. 

    Dependingon your device, you will be able to do this from:

    Android:Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators →Search networks → Fizz EXT then Fizz

    iPhone:Settings → Carrier → Fizz EXT then Fizz
