We're sincerely sorry to hear this. I've checked your account and saw that it is active and in good standing. In this case, I kindly suggest that you may reboot your device. Once it's back on, try to disable automatic network search to manually connect to Fizz EXT, then go back to Fizz and test your service again.
Depending on your device, you are able to do this from:Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Fizz EXT then Fizz
iPhone: Settings → Carrier/Cellular → Fizz EXT then Fizz
