Can't send a text suddenly
I switched to Fizz 5 days ago without issue and everything has been great. Today, I can't send a text. It keeps bouncing back. Tried 3 different folks all on different networks.
I have a Galaxy s9.
Any thoughts?

We're truly sorry to hear this. I've checked your account and saw that it is active and in good standing. In this case, I kindly recommend to reboot your device. Once it's back on, try to disable automatic network search to manually connect to Fizz EXT, then go back to Fizz and test your service again.
Depending on your device, you are able to do this from:Android: Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators → Search networks → Fizz EXT then Fizz
iPhone: Settings → Carrier/Cellular → Fizz EXT then Fizz
