I received a promotion slip, but not my SIM card.
I paid the delivery fee and received a piece of paper from Fizz the next day promoting their home internet (photos below). It has my address printed on it and online it says that the SIM card has been delivered, so I know the address on file is correct. However, there is no SIM card attached to the slip, nor an activation code which I can find. I am unsure what to do, as I do not want to pay another $10 to have the SIM resent. As is, I paid $10 for Fizz to send me a home internet add. Any suggestions for next steps would be greatly appreciated.

2- Tout bloqueur de publicité de votre navigateur doit être désactivé.

4- La bulle verte devrait apparaitre en bas à droite de la page
