Credit card declined (x2 different ones)
Hello everyone,
I am flying to Montreal in two days, so I was setting up my internet with Fizz. My friends were helping me with their Canadian credit cards (1 visa and 1 mastercard) but both of them got declined as a payment method. The mastercard credit card is also linked to another Fizz account though, with the same billing address and everything....so we really don't know what is happening.
I tried reaching out to Fizz through the chat bubble and the agents wanted to escalate the case (however requiring ID + an image of the credit card used) but we all feel uncomfortable sharing such details online. One kind agent escalated the case for me but without the financial details aspect, so I am waiting. Moreover, it seems that the issue is not credit card related but rather Fizz system one.
P.S: We also tried 3x different international debit/credit cards but they all failed since Fizz doesn't accept International payments.
Does anyone have insights into this issue? Please help me, I want to subscribe to the 120 mbs offer before it's gone!

Does the billing address and Fizz account address have to match?! Why would this be relevant?
