my technician didn't arrive and it won't let me reschedule
So my technician didn't arrive when he was supposed to, I received a notification later saying that no one answered when they came (the buzzer doesn't work in my apartment but idk why they wouldn't just call me so I could let them in?) so I'm trying to reschedule my appointment but the links I click in the notification just show me the appointment I was supposed to have today with no way to make a new one.

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
It takes from 3 to 24 hours for the reschedule button to be visible on your Fizz account.

If by any chance the button is still not visible after 24 hours please contact our support team.
