My technition didn't arrive

They were supposed to be here between 12-5, it's 5:30 and I've heard nothing. What am I meant to do?

    I am sorry to hear about this situation. 
    I recommend allowing him more time if possible as it might be just a delay caused by complications at the previous address. 
     If by any chance he won't arrive, tomorrow the reschedule option will be visible on your Fizz account.
