Thank you for reaching out to us.
Ifyour monthly payment fails, you will receive a notification to letyou know, and you will need to take action( update your payment method) before 10 PM that samenight making a credit card payment in order to release funds andallow for your Fizz payment to go through.Onlyone last attempt will be made between 10 PM and 11:59 PM on the daypreceding your plan’s anniversary date to collect the amount due.If your payment fails once again, your plan will be suspended, andyou will be notified. Inorder to update the payment method on your account, please go to MySettings → Payment Methods and click on Add new paymentmethod:

Followingthis, go to My Plans-> Manage Plan-> Payment Method and thereyou will be able to set it as default.
