Problem with activation - Select plan
I activated my SIM card and proceeded to select my plan and entered all my information. There was a problem to finalize the transaction, which I believed is due to the credit card I was using so I decided to use another one. There appeared to be a glitch when I try to change the credit card info (It would not let me) so I decided to close the window and try from scratch. Now, after selecting my plan, it asks me to activate my SIM card. However, when I enter the number I get the message "the code you entered is already assigned to a member", which is obviously me but Fizz does not seem to realize that.
How am I supposed to solve this? Is there a workaround?
