Problem with activation - Select plan

I activated my SIM card and proceeded to select my plan and entered all my information. There was a problem to finalize the transaction, which I believed is due to the credit card I was using so I decided to use another one. There appeared to be a glitch when I try to change the credit card info (It would not let me) so I decided to close the window and try from scratch. Now, after selecting my plan, it asks me to activate my SIM card. However, when I enter the number I get the message "the code you entered is already assigned to a member", which is obviously me but Fizz does not seem to realize that.

How am I supposed to solve this? Is there a workaround?

    I just checked on my end and I can see that around 11:36 AM today you were asked by a colleague of mine to wait for 2h and then try again to activate your SIM card to see if you still encounter that activation code error.
    Can you please do so now and let us know if you managed?

    @Hubby you should contact the support, go on a FAQ page, for example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activate, click on the green bubble in the bottom right and select chat
