Usually it takes under 7 days so you can activate your account in that time frame. The way to go is to send a message to the Fizz support team via the chat bubble (it appears when you are in the help / questions section) or wait for them to answer this post. They will likely send you one again free of charge.
That is indeed strange. Usually the SIM card arrives within 2 business days (sometimes even next day or 1 business day).

Afterwards, reach out to Fizz support so that they refund you the 10$ for the SIM card you ordered.
