i have a data but I can't use it

Please try to reset your network access settings(APN) under your phone, make sure you're connected to Fizz as a carrier, turn the Airplane mode ON and OFF, switch from FIZZ to Fizz EXT( if possible ) for 20 seconds and then revert to FIZZ, restart your phone and test the data again.Details on how to remedy this can be found here:https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-use-my-phone-to-access-the-internetThankyou very much for your understanding, patience and collaboration.

@Mahdi V. , also make sure your Data are 'on' (i.e., enabled) on your mobile phone. :)
Lastly, if you're Roaming, you'd need to enable that too and have the appropriate Fizz add-on data package, but this is most likely not your situation.
