CAN'T MAKE CALLS TO CANADA. CURRENTLY ON A TRIP IN THE US

I changed my plan to include coverage for the US and Canada but today I tried to make a call and I got a text saying "Your current plan did not allow you to complete this call. Please buy an Add-On". It does not make sense since I have the US-Canada plan. Please help? I can call some numbers in Canada but not all which makes it even more confusing!!??

    Hi Cony,

    Thankyou for reaching out to us.

    I can indeed see that you have Canada+USA coverage under your plan and if you connect to AT&T or
    T-Mobile manually as carriers and the switch your network mode to 3G you should be able to place phone calls within this coverage zone.

    Also, make sure to dial +1 in front of the numbers that you wish to call.
