Cannot apply upgrade bonus on home internet plan

I just ordered a home internet plan. After the subscription, I tried to apply the upgrade bonus to this home internet plan and kept getting the following error msg:

"Oups! You can't have 2nd home internet plan at the same service address. Please enter a new address"

In fact, this is the only home internet plan we have with Fizz. Any idea?

    @Jilin Z. and @Costa you can add bonus only to an activate plan, the internet plan will be active when you will receive the modem.

    @Jilin Z. I am getting the same error message, but I am assuming it is because the service has not activated yet (it will tomorrow evening). I'll try again after that, and I'm expecting/hoping it will work.
