iphone se can not get mobile data to work (help)
iphone 2016 se phone [First time trying mobile data on this particual iphone se, do not know if it works with other carriers]. My previous iphone 2016 se mobile data worked. Other family members have fizz and data works on their accounts (one apple, other andriod) from our home, so it should not be a coverage area issue.
Phone calls works, texing works, wifi works, Cell data is turned on
Can not get "Carrier Setting Update" to come up. (to download carrier settings)
How do I contact FIZZ support? I can not find/use the "chat" feature to talk to Fizz (how to access?, see below),
I tried the solutons I found on the "Solutons Hub" and "Community Hub", can not get mobile data to work. Also looked a many apple support site solution pages.
Confirmed I have data available (> 5Gigs of data left) via my fizz login
a) Updated to 14.7.1
b) Removed sim, power down/up, insert sim ....
c) Reset network settings ...
Setting/etc have tried:
- Mobile data is on
- Tired LTE, 3G, 2G (only one of each in that menu)
- Turned on/off/on data roaming
- Can not find a way to manually set my APN/etc like on an andriod, is this possible with Fizz on a iphone se?
How do I contact FIZZ support? How do I get to "chat"? There is no "(?)" as per: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us .
I followed the directions, but there is no "?" on the right hand side! That page specifies:
"Make your way to the Solution Hub and find the help page pertaining to your issue. If you can’t find the answer, click on the (?) in the right-hand corner. That’s your door to the channels to contact us."
