I can not log in to my account to change plan. I can not find a customer support

I want to add message to my account,

1.

I tried to log in to my account, it says, I can not log in.

2.

I tried to contact support, anyway, no active windows for my support.

    Hello Ailing,

    I am sorry to hear about this situation. 
    Have you tried resetting your password from the login page? There is a "Forgot?" button under the window where you enter the username. 
    If you are not able to receive the reset link, please contact our support team via chat.
    I just verified and the chat is working and you can access it from most of our FAQs. 
    Once you will be able to log in you will have to make a plan change to have text added to your plan: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-change-my-mobile-plan

    Someone report this morning that the English version for the chat have some bug, try to switch in french and your should see the chat bubble working.

    And yes they will still be able to help you in English.
