My Internet plan still has two upgrades that I cannot apply it to my plan. Why?

    Hello FrankQC,

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.  
    I just verified your account and I can see that you have 2 upgrades that are pending removal. 
    I can see that they were applied to the last payment. 
    If you removed them by accident, rest assured once the plan will renew you will be able to apply them again.

    There are more bonuses than slots to apply then, not sure exactly why they did things like that, but that is normal.
