I cannot send nor receive SMS
Hello.
I activated a plan that includes SMS. Also, I verified that all the parameters of the SIM and APN are correct. Still, I cannot send nor receive SMS.
I have an android and I am using the official google app to handle SMS (Messages). I have also tried with the Samsung app, with the same result.
I have also tried to empty the cache and restart my telephone.
My plan is active from today.
May be that the problem?

I am sorry to hear about this situation.
Can you please verify if the SMSC number is correct?
The number configured in your phone must be 1-438-520-0092.

I would also recommend testing the SIM into a different phone to verify.
