Telephone doesn't work.

Hi,


I live in Montreal, QC. I just received my new preused Fizz telephone and it doesn't start. If I try to charge it, it doesn't work either. The screen just stays black.

    I tried with a different cable and charger and it doesn't work, so the proplem is probably with the phone.
