I can recommend disabling automatic network search to manually connect to Fizz EXT then Fizz to test the service on both networks, while making sure you lastly remain on Fizz.Dependingon your device, you will be able to do this from:
Android:Settings → Connections → Mobile networks → Network operators →Search networks → Fizz EXT then Fizz
iPhone:Settings → Carrier → Fizz EXT then Fizz
