I can see that you didn't yet cancel your appointment so the refund can't be done until the subscription is ended.
You can follow on this via your Fizz account underMyplans-> Manage plan->Appointments-> Cancel.

Once the cancellation is completed youwill receive the respective sum on your credit card in a few businessdays.

Of course, you can't be charged for a service you don't have access too :)
Check your credit card statement to make sure you are reimbursed!
