Why my upgrades are not working on my (new) internet plan?

Hi,

I recently upgraded to the 120 Mbs plan for 50$ but my 5$ rebate from my upgrades was not applied. Why is that?

Before making the upgrade I had the 60Mbs plan for 50$ and my 5$ rebate was always applied.

    We're truly sorry to hear about this situation. Checking your account, indeed I notice that sadly the rebates haven't been applied after the plan change was placed.

    In this case, Ikindly want to inform you that I have created a ticket and escalatedyour situation to our technical department, so they can make thenecessary verifications and solve this.

    Restassured that as soon as we have an answer from them, you will benotified via the e-mail address attached to your account. If youwish, you are also able to check the status of the ticket from youraccount in My settings – My tickets.
