Voicemail call keeps failing

So I have two voicemails and I’ve never had a problem accessing voicemails before. However, when I tried to call it today my voicemail number will ring once, be silent for a while, and then the call will fail.

I can call other numbers just fine, they ring all the way through until someone answers, but every time I try to call my voicemail today it just says the call fails.

Has anyone experienced this or know of a solution? Thanks!

    Hi @JulesW ,

    This was a known issue this morning with certain customers, the issue should be resolved can you verify your VM again, please.
