Why does my payement keep getting refused ?

I bought 2 sims and yesterday when I was completing the activation for my first sim, it went through but when I tried for the second one it kept telling me that the payment has been refused even though I used the same card for both. What should I do ?

    I understand and I'm sorry to learn about the inconvenience.

    Please contact us on chat, our only secure communication channel, and provide us with a picture of an ID where we can see your name and address and a picture of the credit/debit card that you're trying to use.

    Due to the payment method being declined, for a reason unknown to us, the procedure requires this so we can have our finance department investigate this.

    You just need to access an FAQ(link) like the one above, scroll through it and after 10-15 seconds the ? bubble will appear in the bottom right corner of the page.

    Clicking on it will reveal multiple contact options, including the Live chat which is at the very bottom.

    i have the same problem i think fizz have trouble with activation for the moment
