Did you try using the browser in incognito mode or switch to a different browser altogether? This usually helps. Another thing you could try is to switch from mobile browser to desktop or vice-versa.
If all fails contact Fizz support (My setting --> Contact Forms --> Green chat bubble)

I have verified your account and I see that a mobile plan was created today. Did the issue stop from occurring or you are having it with a different sim?
