Unable to active SIM card

Tried adding my activation code, but it just says "There was an error". No details. It seems like the activation form is not working properly.

    Did you try using the browser in incognito mode or switch to a different browser altogether? This usually helps. Another thing you could try is to switch from mobile browser to desktop or vice-versa.


    If all fails contact Fizz support (My setting --> Contact Forms --> Green chat bubble)

    I have verified your account and I see that a mobile plan was created today. Did the issue stop from occurring or you are having it with a different sim?
