i have returned the modem and all my paiements have been done and today 39.09$ ha ed passe on my card…. Why what is this…

    I just checked on the Transaction History and the 39.09$ is actually a refund, a prorated refund to be more specific as it is also indicated by the blue text and the minus sign next to the number of the credit card on which the sum was sent.

    Every time an Internet plan is cancelled, the customer is refundedin a pro-rated fashion for the last days remaining in the paymentcycle during which he/she didn't use the service.
