I had an appointment no one showed and says completed

It says that the appointment was between 7h30 and noon... and my account shows that it was completed but no one showed up ? And i still don't have internet. And I also haven't received any nofications of sort. And of course I can't contact anyone about this problem so here I am very frustrated... Any solutions ??

    We're truly sorry to hear about this situation. Checking your account indeed I notice that there's a moving appointment which currently appears completed. Given that you mentioned a technician hasn't shown yet, I've escalated a ticket to our technical department so they can do the necessary verifications as to why it already appears as such.

    Rest assured that as soon as we have an answer from them, you will be notified via the e-mail address attached to your account. If you wish, you are also able to check the status of the ticket from your account in My settings – My tickets.
