My phone can't make or recieve calls

Good afternoon,

Ever since I got Internet at home via Fizz, my phone can't make or recieve calls. I tried restarting my phone, reconnecting to the mobile network and even tried to manually configure the APN. Can someone help me, thank you.

    If I understand correctly, you're saying that your Fizz Home Internet plan interferes with your phone's ability to place and receive phone calls while at home?
    The two shouldn't impact one another.

    Hi Danny

    the calls are not related with the APN setting

    Did you try to look on your plan if it is in good standing?

    Do you have a signal? Are you under the Fizz coverage?
