Service not working
Please help I am at my wits ends. Fizz reactivated my service yesterday after a credit card issue. Well, that was more then 12 hours ago (7pm yesterday) and I STILL don’t have an internet connection! I can connect to my modem just fine, but there is no internet connection! And the chat bubble to speak to a customer service agent isn’t appearing! Please help me I have tried everything

Apologies for the encountered issue.
I have verified your account and it seems that the service restoration order is stuck in the system at the moment, therefore I have created a ticket towards our technical team so they can fix this. Once the status of your service is fully corrected, we will inform you by e-mail and also you can track ticket's status in My settings- My tickets.
