Return of modem
Hello,
I returned my modem a days before my dis activation. I went to a Canada Post location and I have my tracking number. It was Delivered in Boucherville, QC the next day. Now I have the harassing email from Fizz saying they did not receive my modem and I will get charge $ 150.00. If they do that, I will do a charge back with my credit card. Fizz has really low customer service like Videotron.
Is there a way to get these losers off my back ?

Yes, please reach out to them via chat. Usually they are very helpful and as long as you have the tracking number you are good.

The mail you recieved is an automated one, Just use the chat and send them a screen shot of the tracking. There system can take some time to update, you did what you have to do send it whiting 15 days.
I dont see any reason to stress about this.

Hello Mario I,
I am sorry to hear about this situation.
As Ihssan suggested please contact us via chat and provide us the tracking number you received from Canada Post.
We will escalate this further and verify if the modem arrived.
You can reach via chat from any of our FAQs from the green questions mark on the bottom right-hand side.
Have a lovely day,
