Wrong number of number street
Hi, I put the wrong number for my door and my appointment is tomorrow morning. Instead of writing 1227, I wrote 1225. What can I do? (The name of my street is good, just the number of my door)
It's the house right next to mine.

In this case, I wish to inform you that you will need to cancel the current installation appointment from My Plans >> Manage Plan >> Appointments >> Cancel, since there isn't a possibility to edit an address once the order has been placed. The installation also cannot be completed by our technicians at an address that's incorrect. More useful information regarding appointment cancelations can be found here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-addressOnce you cancel this appointment, you can place a new order from Overview >> Get Started >> Internet, making sure the correct address is added. I recommend during the subscription process when you get to the address stage, to click on "I can't find my address" to be able to enter everything manually. Best thing would be to contact Fizz support, as they need to change your address manually and make sure your address supports Fizz internet.
(My settings —> Contact Forms —> Green Chat Bubble)
