Hello, I have my appointment to install the internet today 30th June between 12pm and 5pm and nobody came. It's 8pm and I'm still waiting

    We're truly sorry to hear this. If the home address and phone number were all added correctly and he didn't show, it's possible the previous appointments took a bit longer than expected and he couldn't make it in time.

    Rest assured that the reschedule button is available on your account, in My Plans – Manage Plan - Appointments, so you can reschedule to a new date and time of your choosing.
