If indeed the apartment number was added wrong, in this case you will need to cancel the current installation appointment from My Plans >> Manage Plan >> Appointments >> Cancel, since there isn't a possibility to edit an address once the order has been placed. I also kindly wish to tell you that the installation cannot be completed at an address that's incorrect. Once you cancel this appointment, you can place a new order from Overview >> Get Started >> Internet, making sure the right address is added. I suggest during the subscription process when you get to the address stage, to click on "I can't find my address" to be able to enter everything manually.
