Hi. I just moved to a new place and I have book an appointment to confirm that on the website but the confirmation appointment is in a week. I want to precise that the deactivation date is the date of the confirmation appointment. Does that mean I cannot have internet with fizz for that whole time or I can still self install the modern at my new place which I'm 99% sure the cable work and everything will work fine ?

    Hello @Nelle ,

    I verified your Fizz account and observed that the moving appointment is already completed. To answer your questions, the system cuts the access to the services at the old address on the chosen date for the deactivation, at midnight. This means that between the chosen date and the activation of the services at the new address customers do not have access to the services.

    Usually if you move, you will get a new modem from Fizz. This means you have to schedule a new appointment.
