Hi guys, i made a payment to restore my internet but it is still not working… What should i do?

    I have verified and the service was restored on June 29th.

    Wait patiently. The paiement needs to pass, then systems sync and confirm. Then the process to reactivate the service starts, then gets executed, then you have your service back.

    It usually can take between 3-5 hours for the service to be restored. Unfortunately it is not immediate.
