tailored number fee repeated
Hi,
I just activated my fizz membership and I chose to pay a 1$ fee to choose the four last digits of my phone number. The thing is that it's supposed to be a one time fee, but I see it in my second month receipt and I don't know who to contact to remove it.

Thank you for your message. I kindly wish to confirm that indeed, the $1 fee is one-time only. The first transaction from 6/28 seen in Transaction History is for the sim order and the second one visible, on 6/29 is the first monthly payment on which the fee was applied.
