Woke up this morning to find out my devices couldn't connect to the wifi. I tried to reconnect but it kept saying incorrect password. It connects to my computer using the cable but not wireless.
I have restarted, done factory reset, and the issue persists. I have tried contacting support and got no response.

Fizz WiFi router is sometimes problematic, few of us experienced this issue, you can search the forum to see the complaints, the best solution is to get your own router and connect to Fizz modem router in bridge mode.
You can get a good reliable AC router new or used with affordable price. Plenty info available on line, try Amazon.ca Best buy.ca

I would get a mesh network if you live in a decently spacious home or have dead zones.
