Thank you for reaching out to us.In this case, I kindly invite you to delete your browser history together with the cache memory and cookies before you try again to activate your mobile perks.
Also, you can try to do so from Incognito mode or a different browser or device.

Do you have a phone plan?
If you only have an internet plan, then you can not use the perks for phones,

As far as ii know your perks are associated with a phone plan.
