I cannot access to my plan

It's blocked even when i'm logged in I try to access my plan and I have a problem loading a page : ''The site at https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/plan has experienced a network protocol violation that cannot be repaired.


The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected.


   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. ''

    Hi tomo44ra,
    In this case, I kindly invite you to delete your browser history together with the cache memory and cookies before you try again.

    Also, you can try to do so from Incognito mode or a different browser or device.

    The website sometimes has a bit of life of its own. Make sure you don't have any adblockers activated. You can also try to use incognito mode or change to different browser (Firefox, Safari etc). Sometimes it also helps to change to a mobile phone browser. Hope this helps :) Bonne chance .
