No WiFi connection

Hi,

My WiFi is not working, I can see the WiFi but it says there is no connection. On the modem,everything is fine except for the 5g light that is not lit.

I tried to unplug the modem and also to restart completely, both didn't work.

I checked all the cord, everything seems fine, so I don't know what to do.

Do you have any device you can plug using an Ethernet cable to see if it's only the wifi with problems?

if you go into the modem settings, in Wireless, you can turn ON/OFF 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ
